Anne McMahon	Sunday 11 November 2007 4:02:37 pm Hatton/Heaney McFall from Ahoghill Hello, I am trying to trace my family in Ahoghill. Hugh Hatton married Ellen Heaney in 1856, and they had a daughter Martha in 1871. Martha married John McFall in 1889 in St Mary's Ahoghill. If anyone can provide any more information on the family, I would be so grateful. I seem to have run into a brick wall with this. Thanks, Anne

ellen heaney	Thursday 06 March 2008 12:29:52 am Heaneys - antrim Hi Anne - I was doing research in Belfast many years ago and found a Martha Heaney born on Nov 8th 1872 to Ellen Heaney and Hugh Hatton (ahoghill parish). The Ellen Heaney may be a relative of mine. Did you find any more information on her? I have some info on Ahoghill Heaneys but I haven't been able to put all of the pieces together (and haven't been back to Belfast!)Let me know if you want any of my Heaney info - maybe we can help each other. -Ellen

The parents are the same, and the date fits. Would you be able to send me a copy of the certificate? I would love any information you could give me on the Heaneys!! So far I haven't been able to find out much, but I can let you have anything that might be of interest to you. I'm tring to put this all together for my dad's birthday in July - Martha would be his grandmother, but she died before he was born. Hope to hear from you soon, Anne
