Another brick wall

Hi Folks,

On my great great grandfather's marriage certificate in Scotland in 1864 he married Elizabeth Meriner ( Miriner ?). It states his usual residence as Donegal.
His father and mother were John Burns and Helen Gallagher ( both indicated as deceased ).

Anybody help ?
