Saturday 13 September 2008 5:44:50 pm Maloney/McNelisMy husband's grandparents were Con Maloney and Bridget McNelis from the Aardra, Donegal area. I would like to research their genealogy. I have met William and Pat McNelis, one was a master weaver and another a pub owner, but have no further names or addresses. Con emigrated to the US and on to Mississippi and Bridget followed about five years later. A brother of Con's also either came with him or followed soon after. A cousin was a priest there, I think. I would appreciate any help. My husband's cousin, Oona, lived in Kilebeggs (?) in the past and they ran a Pub there, but I have lost contact with her. Many, many thanks. S Brandon |
