CHARLES DOHERTY

born 1848 enniskillen...went to kendal england as a young man...does anyone have ANY info on him...i have reached a brick wall

Charles Doherty

Charles married Esther Airey-Sept Qtr. 1864 Kendal, Westmorland. Esther's father was Isaac Airey -- his parents were John Airey and Esther Elliott marr. 20 Nov. 1813 Watermillock, Cumberland . 1881 census :- Charles 38 Esther 35 Thomas Airey 16( assume Esther's child before marriage ?) Elizabeth 14 Isaac A. 12 Robert 11 Michael C. 8 James 5 John A. 2 Lawrence A. 2 .
Lawrence was grandfather of my ex- husband.
