Hayes , moved from Ireland to Newcastle, England abt 1850

Jas Hayes b 1816 in Ireland
I have found Jas and his wife Ann (b1815)living in Newcastle upon Tyne in the 1851 census. They had 3 children,all born in Ireland, the youngest was James b 1849.The following were boarding with them:
James Cunningham b1841
John Cunningham b1843
Patrick Hayes b1819.....again all born in Ireland.
No clues as to which county. Would be grateful for any help. thanks Kath Brooks
