O'Connor from Fahaduff, Castleisland

My Father Charles O'Connor was from Fahaduff, Castleisland. He was the son of John O'Connor and Mary Curtin. John O'Connor's parents were Thomas O'Connor and Johannah Horan. I am trying to find names of my Grandfather John's brothers and sisters. I know he had two brothers, Paddy and Terence, who went to Australia in the 1800's. I wonder if anyone would have information on any others.

I was orignally an O'Connor and the family were from Limerick.

I wonder whether we share the same Johanna O'Connor in our bloodline. My mother was Hannah O'Connor and was one of 7 sisters. There is also a cousin called Patrick Sullivan. Ring any bells? I don't know much about the family and this is clutching at straws and could just be a coincidence but I thought I'd try anyway. I am going to look up family records tomorrow. As this is the first time that I have done this, I am not too hopefull in hitting the target immediately.

I don't think we are the same family. My family has always been in Kerry in Castleisland.

Hi everyone
I have a John oconnor married to a Hannah Sullivan.both are from Kilarney.They had a son John George,they all moved to Australia in 1853.John fathers name was John also.Hannahs fathers name was Owen.
