Rafferty - Carrickmore Tyrone

Looking for info on my gr-grandfather Joseph Rafferty. He was born in 1875 in Carrickmore, Co Tyrone. His father also called Joseph was a farmer but we have no idea what his mother was called - or any infomation about siblings. He was listed as Roman Catholic.

Joseph Rafferty enlisted into the Royal Marines Light Infantry in Glasgow in 1894 and was then moved to Plymouth, Devon. He married Florrie Elliot Tribble in 1903 and they had a daughter called Florence in 1905.

We have plenty of information after this time but there is a huge gap prior to his enlisting.

I would be really grateful for any help you might be able to give me. Perhaps you have a long-lost gr-uncle Joseph in your family tree that you don't know much about!?

Thanks
