John & Hugh went to Nebraska where they died. Can anyone give help in telling me what county they might be from.

He died in the Combination Poorhouse in Dunbarton, Scotland. On that, it states that his father was Thomas Gillan and his mother's maiden name was Margaret McGill. I believe that Hugh was born in Donegal, Ireland. Any chance my McGill is related to your McGill??? Regards Wee Ann

McGill/Gillan

I believe that Hugh was born in Donegal, Ireland.
Any chance my McGill is related to your McGill???
