My 2xGt Grandfather was born in Listowel 1815 dont know when he left for England but was a policeman from 1843-1859 in the Met, married Ellen Collins 1847 does not Appear on any Census in England WHY ? |

As an update on Thomas Carmody the latest information I have of him being born in Listowel his Father was Thomas Carmody and Mother Margaret he was bn 1816 how can I obtain a birth Certificate not Knowing his mothers maiden name Thomas is being very difficult to get further information on if any body has any ideas how to help I would be most grateful |
