Michael (1801-1881) and Hanora (1803 - 1911, yes dates are correct, she was 107 when she died!) were born in Ireland and moved to Canada for three years, and then the New Boston, New York area.I Don't know where Michael was born, but believe Hanora was from County Kilkenny, daughter of Thomas and Hanora Moore. Griffith's Valuation records have a Thomas Moore in Ballyoskill, Kilkenny, which was a part of RC district of Ballyragget. Family stories have a connection to a "Ballybragget or Ballybraggen", so this might be the correct family. I'm hoping someone knows something about this family!
