Longford (county)
Please can anyone help me? My great, great grandfather is recorded on the English 1841 and 1851 census as being from Co. Longford. The family name is Gozzard which I understand is not an Irish name. Two names are recorded those of Edward Gozzard born 1816/17 and Benjamin Gozzard born 1816/17. I would appreciate anyone information which would help me to do further research.
