John and Brigit were my GGGGrandparents coming to Australia via Liverpool in 1856. All we know is that they came from Cork where John was born in 1823 and they were married in 1849. They left Liverpool in 1856 on the Amsterdam with three children Mary, James and Hugh. They arrived in Melbourne Australia in Dec 1856. Any information about them in Ireland would be most appreciated.
