My Gt Grandfather was John Kirkwood and he was christened in Kilrea in 1830. His parents may have been Charles Kirkwood who married Jane McHendry in Kilrea in 1829.I know John was in Dover, Kent in 1860 when my Grandmother was born but I have no information on when he left Kilrea for England. Does anyone know of this family? I would so love to find out about John and his parents.
