I'm looking for info re my grandfather James O'Donnell born about 1880 in Annagry area. His parents were Seamus O'Donnell and Nancy Bonnar. Hi had siblings named Margaret, Shiela, Annie, Ellen, Hannah, Mary and Biddie. My grandfather married Mary Sweeney of Loughanure and they raised their family in Annagry.

I have something close. My O'donnells are also from Annagry/Dungloe area. My great grandfather was Hugh O'Donnell, whose father was Seamus. He was born in 1869 and died in 1909 in a work accident in a quarry. Hugh may be a brother to your James? Do you have any further information on this family?

my grandmother was frances (fanny ) o'donnell she married john duffy from bridge end street , rathmelton (now ramelton) co donegall and her family were originally from fermanagh, do you know of her ? thanx very much, triena
