My question concerns how to interpret it.
It appears to me that the data shows the results of 3 surveys taken after 1850. If I am correct, is there some way to know which results relate to which year?

Griffiths Valuations were taken at different times throughout country in 1850's. You could research web or go to http://www.valoff.ie They hold records of all valuations taken in years after initial Griffiths Valuations
