i a looking for any information on my great grandfathers side , his name was Michael Hayes and he was born , in ireland in 1847.. his father was john.
all i know is that there may have been a brother who was a priest, another emigrated to america and another to australia.. could have been sisters too.michael settled in england , in middlesex , married a mary thompson...thier children were , thomas henry, william cornielius, mary magdelene,annie, edith..and a john michael... any info would help.. place of birth , though arent sure was limerick..also believe this family had a son who shot someone , possibly over some land

My great *3 grandfarther was Arthure Thompson and he married a Rebbaca Hayes. I belive her farther was also called John. I have found my Thompson side hard. Can you confirm if your great grandfarther had a sister and if so what was her name.
