Kerry (county)
I'd be grateful for information about my great-grandfather, Ambrose Moriarty (1838-1887; son of Daniel), born in Kerry. Family tradition mentions Tralee, but I haven't found the correct Ambrose there.
Ambrose joined the Royal Irish Constabulary in 1858, then was transferred to Newry, Down. He was married there and died there, so I wouldn't expect to find his grave in Kerry.
