We knoe that Catherine married William Barnes and lived in Islington/St Pancras where our family still live.24/03/2012 8:44 am

#7 Patrick Cannon/Mary Scott connection
We have We have three (3) Cannon, Scott connections in our family. They were born in Ireland but married in the states. We feel sure that they must have been friends or neighbors in Killasser, Co. Mayo where our family 'John and Thomas Rowley' came from. Perhaps we could exchange information, maybe find the connection.

Re: Welcome to the Mayo forum.
MY G-G Grandfather Thaddius (Thady) CARDEN was from Bohernasup, KIlmoremoy, Co. Mayo. He married Bridget Gilboy and farmed in the district and there are several entries for him in Griffiths valuation. I have been unable to discover the date of marriage nor dates of birth for both as these probably because they took place pre 1800, in fact Thady's est d.o.b. is 1786. Is there anyone with any experience of researching such an early date who can give me some advice or help. Thady died in 1866 aged 80 in Ballina Workhouse. Are there any workhouse personal records of inmates stored anywhere, as this might help.***If you wish to email Brendan Carden, Subscribe and use the Private Message (PM) links
