Margaret Cairns was born in Westmeath in c 1850 she came to Australia in c1876 and became pregnant on the voyage out to a Edward Steele a sailor, she gave birth to my g'mother Elizabeth Jane in 1877 in Melbourne, any info would be appreciated.
